We ship internationally to every country via FedEx International (6 - 10 business days).  We offer flat rates at checkout.  Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency of your destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees (I.C.O.D) are collected at the time of delivery.

Yochi, Inc. will accept items for exchange or merchandise credit only. Sale items are non-returnable. Contact us via email at info@yochiny.com within 7 days of receiving your order, before all exchange or return inquiries PRIOR to mailing the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable and exchange items are subject to shipping costs. No credit will be issued merchandise that is worn or with tags or labels removed. We will then issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). In your return package include a copy of your receipt, RA#. To insure a safe delivery, please make sure all packages have a tracking number. By placing your order with us, you agree to all the terms and conditions of our policies.

If an item changes price within 7 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you. We will only honor credits if an item changes price on our site and purchased through our site within 7 days.

With any plated metal jewelry it is best to avoid direct contact with harsh substances and putting on jewelry after using perfumes and hair sprays. Also, avoid going into the ocean when wearing your Yochi jewelry.
