Yochi, Inc. will accept items for exchange or merchandise credit only. Sale items are non-returnable. Contact us via email at info@yochiny.com within 7 days of receiving your order, before all exchange or return inquiries PRIOR to mailing the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable and exchange items are subject to shipping costs. No credit will be issued merchandise that is worn or with tags or labels removed. We will then issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). In your return package include a copy of your receipt, RA#. To insure a safe delivery, please make sure all packages have a tracking number.
